Preparing Your Return
To ensure a smooth process, please:
Return all products in their original packaging and in the same condition as when dispatched.
Include all parts, manuals, and accessories.
Ensure items are unused, with tags still attached where applicable.
Return Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will book collection via our courier partner (www.collivery.net) for convenience.

Refunds & Credit
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full store credit will be issued.
If the item was supplied correctly, a 20% handling fee applies.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
All products sold by Turboformance are returnable if conditions above are met.
Notes
Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
